NEW LAY PARTICIPATION ROSTER The roster for Lay Participation for November and December is being developed and will be posted next Sunday. We are pleased that we will have three new readers in this rotation. If you would like to volunteer to read scripture, usher or lead Prayers of the People, please see Blair or Jan Nicol. If your name is regularly on the roster and you know that you are going to be away during one or both of these months (especially over Christmas) could you please let Jan Nicol know before hand? It would facilitate fewer changes once the roster is developed
COFFEE TIME There are still lots of spaces for you to sign up to help with coffee time. A reminder that the task has been divided into three sections and you are now invited to sign up for a portion of the task only. Mary Crumblehulme has kindly offered to set up the coffee before the service every Sunday, so now we are looking for people to either provide something for the snack table or clean up at the end. Please lend a hand in this important part of our ministry.
CHURCH E-MAIL ADDRESS If you wish to contact the office by e-mail, our new address is email@example.com.
FLOWERS FOR THE SANCTUARY If you would like to donate flowers to be placed in the sanctuary in memory of a loved one, please see Pat Gasston or any other member of the Altar Guild to have your name placed on the calendar for your chosen date. Also, next month Pat will be circulating a sign-up list for people who would like to donate money for poinsettias for the sanctuary over Christmas.
